Producer and writer Mark Wooden is the author of the horror-action novel “Two Sisters.” A short story from the “Two Sisters” world was a quarterfinalist in the 2017 ScreenCraft Cinematic Short Story Contest.
The short version of “Where the Heart Bleeds” played at Orlando’s Spooky Empire horror convention, where its monster earned the approval of horror maestro Clive Barker. Mark is now working with his producing partner, Jonathan Sawyer, to turn that monster movie into a feature film.
Mark’s command of the horror genre combines his love of James Bond-style action to create stories exploring loyalty, manipulation, revenge, and redemption.
Mark is also a member of the Horror Writers Association. His day job involves setting up video equipment for concerts and corporate events. Ask him about when he worked for Jimmy Buffett and literally ran into Harrison Ford.
